Job Summary
A company is looking for an RVP, High Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives to meet and exceed regional revenue targets
- Build and execute a sales strategy, owning pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and overall territory performance
- Drive operational rigor by maintaining accurate forecasting, pipeline inspection, and CRM hygiene across the team
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with 3+ years leading high-performing AE teams
- Experience in selling developer tools, technical SaaS, or AI products
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to run forecasts and build repeatable sales processes
- Technical fluency to engage in conversations with senior engineers and CTOs
- Experience in early-stage environments with a focus on building systems and culture in a sales organization
