A company is looking for a Regional Vice President - Hospitality & Food Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns financial performance and operational success of hospitality and food service operations
• Leads client business reviews to ensure strong partnerships and long-term retention
• Develops and communicates long-term strategic plans for growth and market position

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management
• Demonstrated success in financial management and strategic planning
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong leadership pipelines
• Must reside in or be willing to locate to the Greater Boston area
