Job Summary

Overseeing all business operations within the East Coast region, the full-time salaried Regional Vice President - K-12 will drive growth, optimize costs, and enhance productivity while leading a cross-functional team in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability by seeking new revenue streams and improving operational margins
• Coach and motivate a regional team, ensuring effective collaboration across various functions
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to ensure operational excellence for all regional accounts

Required qualifications

• Over 10 years of general management experience with P&L responsibilities, ideally exceeding $200 million
• Proven track record in creating and executing growth strategies and managing client relationships
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across geographies to achieve operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree preferred
