Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President, Mid Market

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities within the territory and execute the sales process for targeted accounts
Collaborate with strategic partners and health plans to develop market strategies for new business
Take a consultative sales approach with prospects to understand their needs and align with company solutions

Required Qualifications:

Experience selling Health and/or Benefits solutions to self-insured employers
Experience working with Benefits Consultants and health plan account managers
Proven track record of successful quota achievement in a similar sales environment
Bachelor's degree
Reside within the southeastern or midwest US and willing to operate within Central and Eastern business hours
