Job Summary
Leading the day-to-day operations of charter schools, the full-time salaried Regional Vice President of Charter Operations will manage performance, compliance, and student outcomes across multiple states, initially focusing on South Carolina and Ohio, while collaborating with academy directors to drive enrollment and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Charter Academy Directors and hold them accountable for performance goals
- Drive strategies to improve student retention, engagement, and graduation outcomes
- Ensure compliance with charter contracts and state regulations while developing operational systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
- Minimum 7 years of educational leadership experience
- At least 3 years of experience supervising multiple schools or educational programs
- Demonstrated success in managing charter school locations and driving academic performance
- Experience with charter accountability, compliance, and operational management
