Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Regional Vice President of Data will manage the Data Foundation Business, focusing on client engagement, team development, and sales forecasting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team while providing ongoing mentorship and coaching
- Engage in client and prospect meetings, driving demand generation and customer engagement initiatives
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, monitoring team performance and results
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a team of at least seven quota-carrying sales representatives
- Strong track record of building and managing successful sales teams
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in consultative selling and executive presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
