Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare operations
• Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing
• Expertise in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating reimbursement terms
• Experience in managing appeals and disputes with payers
