Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition

Job Summary

To support new home construction needs, the full-time Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition will identify and secure land for development, evaluate market conditions, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely from the Greater Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for new homes through various sources
• Negotiate contracts and manage the purchasing process for lots/land
• Collaborate with Division Managers and the Land Acquisition team to meet regional goals and maintain purchase schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification, accreditation, or job experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in lot or land acquisition
• Strong organizational skills for managing contracts and documentation
• Proficient in using multiple software programs and electronic communication
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and high volumes of work with minimal supervision
