Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives
• Achieve financial objectives for the region, including revenue and earnings targets
• Oversee employee evaluation processes and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field
• Minimum of five years' experience in the Revenue Cycle Management industry or related roles
• Deep understanding of the entire revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing
• Expertise in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating terms for maximum reimbursement
• Experience in managing appeals and disputes with payers to recover underpaid claims
