Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Payment Recovery Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of plans to achieve regional goals and objectives
• Achieve financial objectives and direct business development to increase market share
• Oversee employee evaluation processes and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare Management, Business (MBA/MHA) or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare operations management role
• Deep understanding of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and claims processing
• Expertise in analyzing payer contracts and negotiating terms for maximum reimbursement
• Experience in managing appeals and disputes with payers to recover underpaid claims
