Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will manage sales strategies and targets for the Mid-West territory, focusing on building customer relationships and driving pipeline growth in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the sales team to develop and execute geo-specific annual and quarterly account strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership to create strategic market penetration approaches and execute agreed strategies
  • Coach and mentor team members while ensuring accountability for successful sales methodologies and forecasting
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in solution selling and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Experience selling complex ERP solutions, with a background in Supply Chain preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams and managing strategic enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree or related post-secondary education
