Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition
  • Own regional revenue performance, including quota attainment and pipeline coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline generation and deal execution
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with significant new logo acquisition
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience leading sales teams
  • Prior experience selling CCaaS, Conversational AI, or adjacent enterprise platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated success in closing 6- and 7-figure enterprise deals
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately in a high-growth environment
