Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition
- Own regional revenue performance, including quota attainment and pipeline coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize pipeline generation and deal execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with significant new logo acquisition
- 4+ years of direct people management experience leading sales teams
- Prior experience selling CCaaS, Conversational AI, or adjacent enterprise platforms preferred
- Demonstrated success in closing 6- and 7-figure enterprise deals
- Proven ability to forecast accurately in a high-growth environment
