Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of AEs selling AI Assistants and CX solutions across the Eastern U.S
- Drive executive conversations around customer experience modernization and support strategic deals
- Recruit and develop sellers with expertise in contact center operations and analytics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in CX intelligence and support automation
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams
- Strong understanding of contact center QA operations and sentiment analysis
- Proven ability to sell multi-product platforms into various leadership roles
- Willingness to travel regionally and based on the East Coast
