Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in CX intelligence and support automation
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Strong understanding of contact center QA operations and sentiment analysis
  • Proven ability to sell multi-product platforms into various leadership roles
  • Willingness to travel regionally and based on the East Coast
