Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop sellers knowledgeable in contact center operations and customer sentiment analytics
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in CX intelligence and automation platforms
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise Account Executive teams
  • Strong understanding of contact center QA operations and customer sentiment analysis
  • Proven ability to sell multi-product platforms to CX and IT leadership
  • Willingness to travel within the Eastern U.S. region
