Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives in selling AI Assistants and CX solutions across the Central region
- Drive executive conversations and support strategic deals to enhance customer experience modernization
- Recruit and develop sellers knowledgeable in contact center operations and customer sentiment analytics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in CX intelligence and automation platforms
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise Account Executive teams
- Strong understanding of contact center QA operations and customer sentiment analysis
- Proven ability to sell multi-product platforms to CX and IT leadership
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern U.S. region
