A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Central and Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of enterprise sellers
  • Drive pipeline generation and define regional revenue strategy
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver accurate forecasting
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition
  • Proven second-line sales leadership experience in security, open source, or cloud development
  • Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ ARR, with exposure to transactions exceeding $1M+ ARR
  • Strong relationships with channel partners and executive-level customers
  • Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies
