Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Central and Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of enterprise sellers
- Drive pipeline generation and define regional revenue strategy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver accurate forecasting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition
- Proven second-line sales leadership experience in security, open source, or cloud development
- Experience managing and closing deals of $200K+ ARR, with exposure to transactions exceeding $1M+ ARR
- Strong relationships with channel partners and executive-level customers
- Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies
