Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team
- Drive strategy to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Develop and lead plans to increase senior executive relationships with C-level executives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic software sales management
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry, with recent enterprise SaaS experience
- Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with C-level executives
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives in enterprise SaaS
- Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree or MBA preferred
