Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will drive revenue generation and optimize sales execution across the Eastern United States territory while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, coach, and scale a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives, establishing operational execution metrics
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts with high data precision within Salesforce and Clari
- Engage in field transactions, guiding reps through enterprise navigation and complex procurement pathways
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a technology or software environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and pipeline management
- Experience with Salesforce and Clari for sales forecasting and pipeline governance
- Ability to analyze regional data intelligence for territory and capacity design
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale accounts, particularly within Fortune 100 companies
