Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing Account Executives, the full-time remote Regional Vice President of Sales will drive strategic sales initiatives, exceed revenue targets, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-caliber sales team while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and monitor team performance
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and support Account Executives in major customer engagements
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Leadership
  • 10+ years in software and/or applications sales, particularly to CxO levels
  • Recent experience with the Enterprise customer segment
  • Proven track record of leading complex account teams in high-growth environments
  • Strong skills in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams
