Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution for mid-market employer sales, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and shape market strategy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading B2B employer healthcare sales teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment
- Experience selling complex healthcare, benefits, or enterprise solutions
- Strong ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market growth
- Experience building relationships with employer decision-makers, healthcare consultants, and brokers
