Job Summary

Driving new business within the enterprise employer market, the remote Regional Vice President of Sales will own a regional territory and lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to negotiation and close, while establishing the brand as a leading cost containment and member experience solution in healthcare.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute a go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers within the assigned territory
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of employer prospects through direct outreach and partnerships
  • Engage senior stakeholders across various departments to effectively position the company's value proposition
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience selling digital health or benefits solutions to enterprise employers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers and consulting channels
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable in an early-stage, high-growth environment with autonomy and ambiguity
