Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will lead a team of Sales Directors in a remote environment, focusing on strategy development, team performance, and customer success within the analytics and data sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Sales Directors to drive growth in a fast-moving market
- Establish onboarding processes and refine the Enterprise sales playbook for continuous improvement
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on strategic plans for complex accounts
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience selling technical products with a proven track record
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing software sales teams
- Strong background in recruiting, developing, and retaining sales talent
- Comfortable with complex technical concepts and able to communicate them effectively
