Job Summary

Owning and growing the Regions, Canada & Startups vertical, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will manage a team of up to eleven Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and establish go-to-market strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and exceed annual ARR quota while maintaining forecast accuracy across the sales team
  • Hire, onboard, and coach Account Executives through complex enterprise deals
  • Establish and define go-to-market motions for the Canada and Startups segments
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated track record in enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS sales with quota attainment
  • Experience managing sales across multiple US regions and Canada
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud and GCS co-sell motions
  • Proven ability to build processes and teams from the ground up in early-stage companies
