Job Summary

To expand their designated territory, the full-time Regional Vice President of Outside Sales will manage a remote sales team, focusing on product sales, recruitment, and delivering exceptional customer service aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and guide a high-achieving sales team while supporting Account Executives in executing their annual sales business plans
  • Mentor and develop Account Executives through ongoing training in sales techniques, pipeline management, and TPO Sales
  • Monitor sales activities and performance to ensure goals are met, while analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the mortgage lending sector, including a minimum of 2 years in wholesale
  • In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and non-agency mortgage products and guidelines
  • Proven leadership skills with strong organizational abilities and effective communication across all management levels
  • Comprehensive understanding of state and federal lending compliance and regulatory standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a motivating team player
