Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team of Directors and Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Regional Vice President, Retail will drive growth and customer success across strategic retail markets in North America while fostering a collaborative team culture and ensuring high-performance sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve growth targets in the retail sector
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners to support long-term success
- Implement strategies for sales growth through data consumption models and AI-driven initiatives
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and leading high-growth sales teams for enterprise customers in the big data, Cloud, or SaaS sectors
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software environments
- Familiarity with value selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of Message
- Experience in developing partner ecosystems to enhance enterprise territory growth
- Success in implementing usage and booking-based sales revenue models
