Job Summary

To drive VIP acquisition and growth in the Southwest market, the full-time Regional VIP Lead will proactively identify and develop high-value player relationships, managing the full lifecycle from initial outreach to long-term loyalty in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and recruit new high-value players through outreach, referral networks, and local events
  • Manage a dedicated book of high-value players with personalized outreach to enhance engagement and loyalty
  • Analyze player activity to align bonuses with performance metrics and gather insights for product improvements
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in online gaming, casino hosting, or VIP account management
  • Proven track record of pursuing and closing high-net-worth relationships
  • Strong understanding of the regional gaming landscape and player engagement strategies
  • Data literacy to guide outreach strategy and bonus decisions based on player behavior
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
