Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional VP - Enterprise (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth
  • Act as a strategic force in key verticals and accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Partner with various departments to support high-velocity execution and continuously recruit and develop top-tier talent
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership or player-coach role
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in enterprise SaaS with complex, multi-stakeholder sales (ACV $500K+)
  • Experience scaling and leading field sales teams targeting Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
