Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional VP - Enterprise (East Coast).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving ARR growth
- Forecast revenue accurately and drive sales activities through strategic planning and hands-on support
- Recruit and develop top-tier talent while aligning closely with the go-to-market strategy of senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales with complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ACV $500K+)
- Experience in scaling field sales teams targeting Fortune 1000 accounts
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
