Job Summary
Driving the growth and strategic direction of the organization, the full-time Regional VP of Life Insurance will develop and implement business strategies, build client relationships, and lead a team of business development professionals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market growth
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in budget management and sales forecasting
