Registered Architect

Job Summary

To support the design and deployment of data center products, the full-time Registered Architect will develop architectural documentation, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt standardized solutions to meet local code requirements while working remotely with occasional travel to hub offices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawing packages for data center deployment projects using Revit
• Coordinate closely with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery
• Support permit submissions and assist with responses to plan review comments from local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling and documentation
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating multidisciplinary projects
• Working knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and accessibility requirements under ADA and ANSI A117.1
