Job Summary

Leading the development of interior design standards, the full-time remote Manager of Interior Planning & Design Standards will integrate planning principles and operational workflows to create scalable design solutions while supervising interior design staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate interior design into facility programming and space planning, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of system-wide interior finish and environment standards
• Oversee procurement strategies and vendor management for interiors and furniture, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in architectural planning/programming or interior design within healthcare or complex commercial environments
• Professional licensure or certification (Registered Architect, NCIDQ) preferred
• Experience in overseeing design consultants and mentoring staff
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe
