Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Client Care Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to clients regarding income disbursement and policy maturity needs
• Resolve inquiries and transactions from financial representatives and clients, handling both basic and semi-complex issues
• Educate clients on available self-service options and embrace new technology to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Advanced understanding of investment or income markets/products
• Basic understanding of tax implications
• Registered Representative classification requiring Series 63, Series 6, and SIE FINRA certifications
