Registered Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to support the Clinical Pharmacy team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain formularies and utilization management programs for the Medicaid business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss proposed policies and measure the value of programs
• Serve as a clinical liaison and support appeals related to coverage decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Pharmacist with a license in good standing within a US State or Territory
• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience or completion of a managed care pharmacy residency
• Experience in writing and developing utilization management criteria for medications
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet objectives
