Registered Clinical Safety Associate

Job Summary

Joining the Clinical Safety team, the full-time Registered Clinical Safety Associate will review, investigate, and resolve clinical safety concerns related to AI-generated outputs, working remotely while collaborating with internal teams and communicating with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess clinical safety concerns, applying clinical judgment to determine severity and scope
• Investigate concerns end-to-end, documenting findings and communicating outcomes back to customers with empathy
• Contribute to safety reporting and maintain clinical safety documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Current clinical registration (e.g. HPCSA or equivalent)
• Patient-facing clinical experience
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear and confident written communication skills
• Methodical and organized approach to structured processes and regulatory timelines
