Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Dietitian, Northeast (PRN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide medical nutrition therapy for various chronic and acute conditions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Active certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Current CDR credential to practice as a Registered Dietitian in PA, CT, MA, RI, or NH
• Proof of active professional liability insurance coverage
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in virtual health or telehealth nutrition counseling is preferred
