Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Dietitian.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide comprehensive training on software and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure client renewals and showcase the value of solutions
  • Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively addressing issues and offering best practices for optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Registered Dietitian, Food Service Director, or in related operational leadership roles
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or Food Service Director experience is highly valued
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and recurring revenue
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ChurnZero is a plus
