Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Dietitian.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide comprehensive training on software and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure client renewals and showcase the value of solutions
- Monitor client usage and engagement, proactively addressing issues and offering best practices for optimization
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Dietitian, Food Service Director, or in related operational leadership roles
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or Food Service Director experience is highly valued
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and recurring revenue
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ChurnZero is a plus
