Job Summary

Providing nutrition therapy and education, the full-time Remote Clinical Dietitian II will conduct nutritional assessments, develop care plans, and participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient nutrition assessments for both inpatient and outpatient care, considering age-specific and cultural needs
• Document nutrition care plans in patient medical records, including assessments, diagnoses, and progress toward goals
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families, facilitating follow-up based on treatment goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience in clinical nutrition
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
• Experience in developing and conducting educational programs
• Ability to interact effectively with medical staff and patients
