Registered Dietitian Lactation Consultant

Job Summary

To support patients through pregnancy and postpartum, the full-time bilingual Registered Dietitian Lactation Consultant will provide virtual nutrition and lactation care, develop clinical protocols, and assist in team growth while managing patient interactions through various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide perinatal nutrition and lactation care through 1:1 and group sessions via video, phone, and app
• Build and maintain nutrition and lactation protocols for virtual care, updating them as necessary
• Obtain additional state dietitian licenses and support the development of the dietitian team

Required qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Active International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
• Licensed to practice as a dietitian in at least three specified states
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Two or more years of experience in pregnancy-related nutrition care, including managing gestational diabetes
