Registered Dietitian Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Dietitian who will oversee a multidisciplinary care team while providing clinical care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, diabetes educators, and health coaches
• Maintain an active patient panel and deliver direct care through telehealth
• Monitor team performance using key clinical and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential (CDR)
• Active state licensure (CDN/LDN), where applicable
• 4+ years of clinical experience in dietetics, including weight management and metabolic health
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a growth organization
