Job Summary
To support a growing remote care team, the full-time Registered Dietitian MA Licensed will provide individualized nutrition counseling and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their health goals through evidence-based strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized nutrition counseling using motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies
- Support chronic disease management through evidence-based nutrition care plans aligned with patient goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential with licensure in MA and two or more additional states
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical or counseling experience, preferably in metabolic health or weight management
- Reliable high-speed internet and phone access for remote practice
