Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Dining- CBORD Manager to oversee patient dining operations and maintain the CBORD menu ordering platform remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily updates in the CBORD patient menu system, including menu items and nutrition information
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of menu items for compliance and maintain the CBORD floor stock system
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and conduct quarterly audits and training at hospital locations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a similar field; Master's degree preferred
  • Active Registered Dietitian credential with CDR required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service operations in acute or long-term care
  • Strong knowledge of patient dining software, preferably CBORD
  • Proficiency in IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite
