Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Dietitian - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote nutrition and health awareness through individualized nutrition therapy and educational resources
• Provide expert advice on healthy eating habits to manage chronic kidney disease
• Collaborate with Care Navigators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality member-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Degree in foods and nutrition, dietetics, or related health field; Master's Degree preferred
• Certified as a Registered Dietitian with an active current license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical/community setting
• Specific experience with chronic kidney disease management and dialysis care is required
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses
