Registered Dietitian Product Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance support services applications, the contract Product Analyst / Consulting Level will work remotely, serving as a subject matter expert while gathering requirements, providing application support, and resolving issues, with occasional travel for product go-lives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure effective application support
• Develop product requirements and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and data extracts
• Analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement

Required qualifications

• 5-10+ years of relevant work experience
• Must hold and maintain valid, active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with various delivery processes such as SCRUM and Agile
• Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
