Job Summary

Registered Dietitian, RD, is a part-time contract position that involves conducting virtual nutrition counseling, managing patient care related to obesity, and adapting care plans based on individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous nutrition counseling sessions to support medication-assisted weight loss journeys
• Manage common medication side effects through personalized nutrition strategies and adapt care plans as needed
• Follow up with patients and coordinate care with clinicians using the internal EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active RD/RDN credential with the CDR and licensed in multiple states
• At least 2 years of independent practice experience in obesity medicine or related fields
• Previous telemedicine experience
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and secure provider-to-patient messaging
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
