Job Summary

As a Health Specialist (Registered Dietitian), this remote full-time position will support members managing cardiometabolic conditions by delivering personalized nutrition guidance and lifestyle support through an AI care platform, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive improvements in health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching through in-app chat alongside AI lifestyle assistant, Phoenix
• Oversee and adjust individualized nutrition and lifestyle care plans, intervening when clinical input is needed
• Monitor health data from connected devices and engage with members to provide nuanced guidance and support

Required qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential in good standing
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) designation
• 3+ years of clinical experience in nutrition counseling within cardiometabolic or lifestyle medicine settings
• Experience in behavioral coaching, including motivational interviewing and lifestyle habit formation
• Proficiency with app-based platforms and remote care tools, demonstrating tech-savviness and self-direction
