Registered Dietitian Recipe Manager

Job Summary

Managing the administration and maintenance of the PrimaWeb recipe database, the remote Database & Recipe Manager will ensure recipe compliance with USDA regulations while collaborating with culinary development and marketing teams, requiring up to 10% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the recipe database, including updates and maintenance of recipes and nutrition information
• Ensure compliance with USDA Child Nutrition Program regulations and conduct routine audits for data accuracy
• Identify and implement improvements to database processes and provide technical support and training for users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, Culinary Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of management experience in school nutrition, recipe management, or foodservice operations
• Detailed knowledge of USDA meal patterns and food crediting requirements
• Experience with recipe management or nutrition software systems
• Must obtain Servesafe & Allertrain certificates within the first three months
