Job Summary

Providing remote nutrition counseling, the part-time Registered Dietitian (State Licensed) will conduct intensive weight management education and support medication management for patients with chronic conditions while collaborating with physicians and ensuring high-quality care standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education via various communication methods
• Engage in remote patient monitoring and provide support for comorbidities related to obesity
• Collaborate with team physicians to ensure comprehensive care and maintain program metrics

Required qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration with state licensure
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed for patient coverage
• Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet
• Comfortable with advanced technology, including electronic medical records
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
