Job Summary

Focusing on eLearning and curriculum design, the full-time Registered eLearning Consultant will manage training assignments, develop blended learning programs, and enhance organizational readiness through innovative training strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate training plans and programs to meet departmental objectives
• Create and maintain training materials and resources for synchronous and asynchronous learning
• Analyze training metrics to assess program effectiveness and address training gaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree)
• 3-5+ years of experience in training curriculum development and blended learning content creation
• Proficiency with eLearning software such as Articulate 360, Storyline, and Adobe products
• Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training requirements
• Knowledge of adult learning trends and the ability to implement them in training solutions
