Job Summary

Leading a team of MEP engineers, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Engineering will manage engineering practices for retail roll-out projects, ensuring quality control and compliance across all constructed projects, while working collaboratively in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the engineer of record for all constructed projects
• Develop and implement quality control processes and manage workload distribution among MEP team members
• Oversee the engineering department, including budget management and staff training

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering
• Professional PE registration is required
• Preferred experience in lighting design
• Thorough knowledge of building and energy codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Design Master, and MS Office Suite
