A company is looking for a Team Lead, Investment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle team escalations and client complaints, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Lead a team of registered agents, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee risk and compliance requirements across all trading processes while identifying operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Registered with CIRO, CSC, CPH, DFOL, OPSC, and IDSC certifications
• Experience working on a trade desk and with trading platforms
• Experience working with clients
• Analytical experience with Excel and SQL
• Passionate about technology and developing others
