Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (Telehealth) for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and make phone calls to patients, providing clinical assessments and triaging patients
Respond to patient messages in the portal, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with healthcare providers
Provide support for patients' and providers' needs regarding FMLA, ADA, and LTD/STD

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with unencumbered e-NCL Licensure
Minimum 3 years' experience in Adult Nursing, oncology nursing experience preferred
Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems like EPIC, Cerner, Greenway
Able to work remotely in a HIPAA compliant workspace with necessary equipment and internet access
Physical ability to wear a headset, sit for extended periods, and have required internet speed
